Our price guarantee operates under clear, straightforward conditions to ensure fairness for all guests.
✔ Your claim must meet the following:
• The rate found must be publicly available and immediately bookable online on a third-party website
• The same property, room type, occupancy, dates, currency, board type, payment policy, and cancellation policy must apply
• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of booking with us and at least 24 hours prior to check-in
• The rate must be listed in the same currency and include all taxes and fees
• A direct link and a screenshot showing the lower rate, room type, dates, and booking conditions must be provided via email or WhatsApp
✘ The following are not eligible:
• Rates from auction sites, closed memberships, or loyalty programs
• Discounted rates from travel agents, wholesalers, or opaque platforms (sites that hide hotel names until after booking)
• Bundled offers (e.g. packages including flights, car rental, etc.)
• Price differences due to currency fluctuation or rounding
• Screenshots or offers older than 48 hours
• Coupon sites and flash sales platforms
